Harmonizing health & biodiversity, our melodic food for health rhymes initiative can ignite kids’ love for diverse foods in a fun and engaging way.

Recognizing that children’s limited diet impacts their health and the planet’s biodiversity, we propose to foster a love for diverse foods through the universal language of music. We created nursery rhymes, each featuring a different food item, set to familiar tunes. We hope these rhymes will not only educate children about the nutritional benefits of various foods but also stimulate demand for diverse crops, ultimately contributing to biodiversity.

This initiative promises a fun, engaging way to cultivate healthier habits in children while safeguarding our planet.

Cassia: Warm and bright, with cinnamon’s bite, adding spice to every delight!

Tune: “London Bridge Is Falling Down”

🎵 Cassia spice is good and sweet,

Good and sweet, good and sweet,

Keeps our meals a tasty treat,

Healthy spice for you! 🎵

🎵 Full of fiber, helps us grow,

Helps us grow, helps us grow,

Keeps digestion nice and slow,

Makes us strong, it’s true! 🎵

🎵 Antioxidants, oh so grand,

Oh so grand, oh so grand,

They protect and help us stand,

Keeps us feeling new! 🎵

🎵 Cassia spice is good and sweet,

Good and sweet, good and sweet,

Healthy spice that can’t be beat,

Great for me and you! 🎵
