Food for Health –Rhymes –Elephant Root Yam-43/365
Harmonizing health & biodiversity, our melodic food for health rhymes initiative can ignite kid’s love for diverse foods in a fun and engaging way.
Recognizing that children’s limited diet impacts both their health and the planet’s biodiversity, we propose to foster a love for diverse foods through the universal language of music. We created nursery rhymes each featuring a different food item, set to familiar tunes. We hope these rhymes will not only educate children about the nutritional benefits of various foods but also stimulate demand for diverse crops, ultimately contributing to biodiversity.
This initiative promises a fun, engaging way to cultivate healthier habits in children while safeguarding our planet.
Elephant Root Yam: A hearty gem, for wellness and flavor, it’s a win-win!
Tune: “Mary Had a Little Lamb”
🎵 Elephant Root Yam, hearty and stout,
A tuberous delight, grown underground.
Rich in fiber, it aids digestion’s flow,
Potassium and vitamin C make it glow.
🎵 Boiled or roasted, its texture divine,
It fills your plate with flavors so fine.
