STOP Ultra Processed Foods to Fight for Better Health

It’s possible to reverse the obesity caused by consuming ultra-processed foods by switching to a diet of real foods, which can also positively impact gut microbiome health.

There are 139 million, or 42% of people in the USA who are obese. The estimated annual medical cost of obesity in the United States was nearly $173 billion in 2019. Medical costs for adults who had obesity were $1,861 higher than medical costs for people with healthy weight.
